All Service Department customers with a service warranty will be mailed a short questionnaire via the US postal service. Simply fill out the survey and return it to us for your chance to win. Winners can choose between a $50.00 Eat 'N Park gift certificate or a $50.00 Kings gift certificate, good at any location.
